  • Actually, the word infidel is a European word. The christian crusades 900-1500 (really catholic crusades - there were very few non cath christians until aabout 1600 killed an estimated multiple tens of millions of Muslims.

America is like a wild west on steroids. the second amendment was from colonial days when there was no police force and they rang the church bells to call out the citizens with their hunting rifles to protect people from animals and drunks etc.
